525.03 PARENTS OF VIOLATORS DEEMED GUILTY OF MISDEMEANOR.

The parent, guardian or person having the care, custody or control of any minor violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord. 129-73. Passed 12-27-73.)
