521.10 BEER AND INTOXICATING LIQUOR IN MOVIE THEATRES.
   (a)    No person on the premises of a movie theatre shall sell or give away any beer, intoxicating liquor or other alcoholic beverage to any person during any time a movie is in progress or within an hour before a movie is to be shown.
   (b)    Any owner, operator or employee of a movie theatre that allows the sale of beer, intoxicating liquor or other alcoholic beverage, at times not prohibited by this section, shall post signs at all entrances to the theatre, such signs:
      (1)    Being not less than two square feet, nor more than four square feet in area; and
      (2)    Stating a warning that it is a criminal offense for any person to sell or give away any beer, intoxicating liquor or other alcoholic beverage during any time a movie is in progress or within an hour before a movie is to be shown.
   (c)    Whoever violates subsection (a) hereof is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Whoever violates subsection (b) hereof is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
