521.09 SALE OR POSSESSION OF DILUTED LIQUOR OR REFILLED CONTAINERS.

(a) No person shall sell, offer for sale or possess beer or intoxicating liquor in any original container which has been diluted, refilled or partly refilled.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
