521.08 BEER AND INTOXICATING LIQUOR ON SCHOOL GROUNDS.
   (a)    No person shall take into or upon any public or parochial school grounds any beer, intoxicating liquor or other alcoholic beverages, either for sale or for his own use, or for the use of others; nor shall any person sell, five away, possess or dispose of any beer, intoxicating liquor or other alcoholic beverages in or upon any public or parochial school grounds.
   (b)    Nothing contained herein shall be construed so as to prevent the possession and use of beer, intoxicating liquor or other alcoholic beverages upon public and parochial school grounds with permission of the appropriate administrative head of the public or parochial school.
   (c)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor or beer on school property, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
