517.06 POSTING NOTICE OF VACATION.

Whenever such procedure, in the opinion of the Board of Health, is desirable or necessary, such Board may affix conspicuously on the buildings or parts thereof the notice or order of vacation. (Ord. 129-73. Passed 12-27-73.)
