505.19 DANGEROUS ANIMAL EXCEPTIONS.
   (a)    Medical and Educational Institutions. The provisions of Sections 505.17 and 505.18 shall not apply to prohibited or dangerous animals kept at medical and educational institutions, if:
      (1)    Their locations and uses conform to the requirements of the Zoning Code.
      (2)    All animals and animal quarters are kept in a clean and sanitary condition and so maintained as to eliminate objectionable odors.
      (3)    The animals are maintained in quarters so constructed as to prevent their escape.
      (4)    No person lives or resides within 100 feet of the quarters in which the animals are kept.
 
   (b)    Agricultural Uses. The provisions of Sections 505.17 and 505.18 shall not apply to agricultural husbandry, done in conformance with the Zoning Code.
 
   (c)    Circus and Commercial Exhibition. The provisions of Sections 505.17 and 505.18 shall not apply to circus or commercial exhibitions of dangerous or prohibited animals done in accordance with the Zoning Code and the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 9.
