505.03 NOISY ANIMALS OR FOWL.

   No person shall keep or harbor any animal or fowl within the Municipality which makes repeated and successive sounds, for a period of more than fifteen minutes, audible off the premises on which such animal is kept. Any person who allows any animal habitually to remain or be lodged or fed within any dwelling, building, yard or enclosure, which he occupies or owns, shall be considered to be harboring such animal.
