SCHEDULE I. TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS
   (a)    Council shall by resolution determine and designate the character, type and location of any additional traffic controls or any change of traffic controls, subject to the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
   (b)    There are hereby established traffic control signals at the following locations in the City:
      (1)    East Broad Street.
         (A)    At the intersections of Maplewood, Collingwood and Robinwood Avenues; Gate 1, Defense Supply Center Columbus; Yearling and Hamilton Roads.
         (B)    At the entrance to the Defense Supply Center Columbus, which shall also incorporate the controlling of traffic at the junction of Beechtree Road and East Broad Street, and the west entrance to 4000 East Broad Street.
         (C)    At 4590 East Broad Street, approximately 491 feet west of Fairway Boulevard.
         (D)    At the pedestrian crosswalk at approximately 4235 East Broad Street.
      (2)   East Main Street.
         (A)    At the intersections of Maplewood, Collingwood and Robinwood Avenues; Beechwood, Yearling, Hamilton and Country Club Roads; Fountain Lane and Fairway Boulevard.
         (B)    Approximately 184 feet west of the centerline of Rosemore Avenue.
      (3)    Hamilton Road.
         (A)    At the intersections of St. Ann Lane, Langley Avenue, Etna Road, Wright Avenue, Fairway Boulevard, Broad Street and Main Street.
         (B)    At the intersection with Poth Road.
         (C)    At the entrance to the Ebco Manufacturing Company.
      (4)    Yearling Road.
         (A)    One red control at a point ninety-five feet north of the north edge of the driveway to the Whitehall Firehouse and one red control at a point forty-five feet south of the south edge of the driveway to the Whitehall Firehouse.
         (B)    At the intersections of Doney Street, Langley Avenue, Seigman and Etna Road, Mound Street, Main Street and Broad Street.
      (5)    Beechwood Road.
         (A)    At Beechwood Road School. This traffic control signal shall be made operational only from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on days when the school is in session. During all other periods, the light shall flash amber for those traveling on Beechwood Road.
      (6)    Etna Road.
         (A)    At the intersection of Beaver Avenue. This traffic control signal shall be made fully operational only from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On days when the school is in session. During all other periods the signal shall flash amber for those traveling on Etna Road and shall flash red for those traveling south on Beaver Avenue.
         (B)    At the intersection of Briarwood. This traffic control signal shall be made fully operational only from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on days when the school is in session. During all other periods the signal shall flash red for those traveling on Etna Road and shall flash red for those traveling south on Briarwood and north from the Kae Avenue School driveway.
      (7)    Doney Street.
            At the intersection of Yearling Road.
