351.01 MAXIMUM 24 HOUR CONTINUOUS STREET PARKING.

(a) No person shall park, stand or abandon any vehicle upon any street or alley for a continuous period longer than twenty-four hours. This section shall not be construed as affecting any other parking regulations now or hereafter effective but is an additional parking limitation, to prohibit continuous long-time parking and storage of vehicles on the streets and alleys.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a traffic violation of the minor degree. (Ord. 19-75. Passed 7-1-75.)
