The donors to such Fund may designate any lots, or fractional parts of lots, in Peninsula Cemetery which it is desired shall be perpetually maintained and kept in a proper manner and good order. By the term "in a proper manner and good order" shall not be included any duty or liability to keep in preservation and repair any vault, monument, tombstone, marker, fence, coping or any other structure or thing erected and placed on the lots.
