Subscriptions in an amount of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) per lot of sixteen by sixteen feet, or a proportionate amount according to the lot owner's interest, the minimum subscription of which shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00), may be voluntarily made to the Perpetual Care Fund by the lot owners of Peninsula Cemetery, or by any other persons.
