933.14 OBLIGATION OF CITY TO MAINTAIN LOTS.

When anyone subscribes to and donates to the Perpetual Care Fund, the City shall thereupon enter into an agreement with the donor by the terms of which the City obligates itself, so far as the interest and payments to the Fund will allow, to perpetually care for and maintain the lots or fractions of lots for which the donation was made.
