933.13 PERPETUAL CARE FUND; PENINSULA CEMETERY.
   There is created a Perpetual Care Fund which Fund shall be used for the maintenance and care of lots in the public cemetery known as Peninsula Cemetery. (1961 Code Sec. 933.13)
