933.11 DEFACING OR REMOVAL OF PROPERTY.

No person, willfully or maliciously, shall destroy, mutilate, deface, injure or remove any tomb, monument, gravestone or other structure placed within the cemeteries, or any part of such fence or enclosure, or destroy, remove, cut, break or injure any tree, shrub or plant within the cemeteries.
