§ 110.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   (B)   Any person who knowingly violates §§ 110.01 through 110.03 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine as set forth by the city.

   (C)   Any person who knowingly violates § 110.04 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine as set forth by the city.

   (D)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 110.15 through 110.20 of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs not to exceed the sum of $40. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
