Every beer tavern having a license under the provisions of this subchapter shall close at 12:00 a.m. each night, and remain closed until 8:00 a.m. Every beer tavern shall close at 12:00 a.m. on Saturday night and remain closed until 8:00 a.m. Monday morning. For those establishments where the serving of food is the main business, only the sale of non-intoxicating beverages (3.2 beer) shall apply.
