(A) For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(B) Any person violating § 130.02 of this chapter shall be guilty of a public offense and punishable by a fine of not over $20.
(C) Anyone convicted of a violation of § 130.03 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not to exceed $20, including both the fine and the cost.
