§ 110.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, persons, firm or corporations, and any manager of a corporation designated in the license, violating any of the provisions of §§ 110.15 through 110.22, shall upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $50 and the Town Council, by resolution may, upon conviction thereof, revoke the license.
   (C)   Any person or persons violating the provisions of §§ 110.35 through 110.44 shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $500.
