§ 90.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who is found is possession of an un-registered animal after 90 days from enactment of this chapter, in violation of § 90.022, may be subject to a fine of up to $25.
   (C)   Persons violating §§ 90.035 through 90.046 shall be fined up to $300.
   (D)   (1)   Each violation of §§ 90.064 and 90.065 will result in a fine of up to $50 plus court costs. Each violation of §§ 90.060 through 90.063 will result in a fine of up to $100 plus court costs. After the first citation for an animal running at large, any unaltered animals must be spayed or neutered within 90 days at the owner’s expense. If owner appears in court and provides proof of the animals being altered the fine will be reduced by $50.
      (2)   Each 24-hour period that a violation occurs will be considered a separate offense and cited as such.
   (E)   A violation of the specifications of confinement of a vicious or dangerous animal, § 90.080,  will be fined up to $500 and court costs. The animal will be impounded by animal control at the owner’s expense.
   (F)    Any person found to be in possession of a wolf hybrid or coydog within the incorporated or unincorporated areas of the town, in violation of § 90.082, shall be fined up to the limits set forth in I.C. 36-1-3-8(a)(10)(b).
   (G)   Any person cited for harboring a non- immunized animal in violation of § 90.096 shall be fine of up to $300, plus court costs
   (H)   Violation of § 90.110 will result in a fine of up to $500 plus court costs for each offense. In case of animal cruelty, the owner will pay the fine and court costs and the animal may be removed and impounded at the local shelter. The owner shall pay all costs incurred during the impoundment.
   (I)   Persons violating § 90.111 will be fined up to $500 for each offense and pay court costs.
   (J)   Each violation of § 90.126 shall be considered a separate offense and subject to a fine of up to $100, plus court costs.
   (K)   Any person deemed in violation of the exotic or wild animal provision (§ 90.140) shall be subject to a monetary fine pursuant to the following schedule.
      (1)   The first offense shall be a fine of up to $500.
      (2)   All subsequent offenses shall be a fine of up to $1,500.
      (3)   If, after notice, a person fails to comply with the provisions regarding exotic animals and such violation continues for a period of 14 days, animal control, with approval of the court with jurisdiction, shall have the right to enter onto said premises for the purpose of taking custody over the animal and destroying the animal.
   (L)   Whoever forcibly assaults, resists, opposes, obstructs, prevents, impedes or interferes with any ordinance enforcement authority while that officer is engaged in the execution of the duties required of ordinance enforcement authorities under § 90.155 may be subject to a $100 fine and court costs.
