§ 90.126  COMMERCIAL BREEDER.
   A commercial breeder:
   (A)   Will have a minimum of two and a maximum of 30 unaltered females over the age of six months;
   (B)   Will allow only one litter per year for each unaltered female, unless permitted in writing by a licensed veterinarian;
   (C)   Show evidence of an exercise area on the grounds;
   (D)   Provide all animals with comfortable accommodations allowing for free movement;
   (E)   Will not sell, trade or give away an animal before eight weeks of age, and ensure that the offspring, cat or dog has received their initial immunizations;
   (F)   Be in compliance with all divisions of §§ 90.035 through 90.046;
   (G)   All breeders will allow a periodic inspection of their facility; and
   (H)   Will purchase an annual commercial breeder’s permit for $100.
