(A) If an animal is not immunized for rabies, the owner will have 20 days to have the animal vaccinated and will be cited for harboring a non-immunized animal and fined.
(B) Owners will be responsible for any costs a victim incurs as a result of the bite. This would include costs for another animal’s treatment. The owner will also be responsible for all costs encountered by the town to affect control of the animal.
(C) Section 90.081 may be applied at the town’s discretion.
