§ 90.125 HOBBY BREEDER.

   A hobby breeder:

   (A)   Will have a maximum of one unaltered female over the age of six months, and one unaltered mal;

   (B)   Will allow only one litter per year, unless permitted in writing by a licensed veterinarian;

   (C)   Will follow all divisions under § 90.126; and

   (D)   Will pay $25 annually for a hobby breeder’s permit.
