(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 153.50 through 153.58 or of any ordinance, code, or standard adopted by reference to §§ 153.50 through 153.58, or maintains or permits to continue any public nuisance as defined by §§ 153.50 through 153.58 shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed the limits established in § 32.99. Every day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
