(A) The town’s Building Official, Code Enforcement, Chief of Police, Mayor, or their designee, shall be granted permission to look at the records (including lengths of stay) during regular business hours.
(B) In the event of a violation of any provision contained in this subchapter, and/or three public nuisance violations within one year, the permit issued pursuant to this section may be revoked by a majority vote of the Board of Trustees, but not until the person, firm, or entity holding the permit is given notice in writing at least 15 days prior to the date of the meeting at which such a vote shall be taken.
