§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 113.01 or 113.15 shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction therefor, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $200, and is subject to revocation of any license issued by the town. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense. Conviction shall also void any and all licenses and permits issued under the provisions of §§ 113.01 or 113.15, to the person, firm, or corporation in violation of the provisions of §§ 113.01 or 113.15.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of § 113.16 shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any amount not exceeding the limits established in § 32.99 of this code. Each day’s continuation of any such violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
