§ 113.16 OPERATOR’S LICENSE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to operate one or more taxicabs within the corporate limits of the town without first obtaining an annual taxicab operator’s license from the Town Clerk/Treasurer.
   (B)   The Town Clerk/Treasurer may issue such license once the applicant has:
      (1)   Paid the annual license fee of $25 for each taxicab;
      (2)   Filed with said Town Clerk/Treasurer proof of financial responsibility (as outlined and required by 47 O.S. § 8-104); and
      (3)   Appeared before the Town Board of Trustees for a hearing on said application.
   (C)   The Town Board of Trustees shall approve or disapprove the issuance of the license, and shall cause the applicant to be notified of its decision and the reason for disapproval (if applicable).
   (D)   A taxicab operator’s license shall expire on June 30 of each year.
   (E)   Upon revocation or refusal to issue a license, the applicant may request a new hearing before the Town Board of Trustees.
