Any wrecker service desiring to render services to the town on a rotating basis with other wrecker services shall be required to provide proof of liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than $1,000,000 and, further, shall be required to purchase a named-insured rider identifying the town as a named insured on any policy of liability insurance covering such wrecker service.
