(a) No person shall operate or drive or ride as otherwise permitted by Section 548.01, upon an ATV within the City of Westover without wearing a helmet which meets the requirements of state law.
(b) All ATV’s shall be operated according to manufacturer’s specifications unless greater or more restrictive requirements are imposed by statute or ordinance.
(c) All ATV owners are required to maintain liability insurance for its operation, independent of homeowners insurance.
(d) No person shall operate or drive within the City limits of Westover for transportation or recreational purposes within or upon the streets, alleys, sidewalks, parking lots, parks and other governmentally owned, leased or controlled property situated within the corporate limits of Westover without having first completed a safety course by the National Safety Institute or its equivalent.
