§ 154.008 WHERE TREES MAY BE PLANTED.
   It shall be lawful to plant shade and ornamental trees upon any of the pavements of the city at a distance not greater than nine inches from the inside of any curbstone fronting upon any street in the city. (Prior Code, § 25-8)
