§ 151.06 LOCATION IN NONRESIDENTIAL AREA, SUBJECT TO CONSENT OF NEIGHBORS AND THE COMMON COUNCIL.
   Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, one house trailer or mobile home may be placed upon any lot or other area of land containing at least 5,000 square feet, and not situated in a residential area as hereinbefore defined; provided, that at least 75% of the owners of real estate situated within 300 feet of the boundary line of the lot or area of land in any direction shall consent, in writing, prior to the location and placement of such house trailer or mobile home, and providing that such written consent is filed with the Common Council and a permit for the location of such house trailer or mobile home is granted by the Common Council.
