§ 130.022 PERMITS REQUIRED FOR CONCERTS, MUSIC FESTIVALS, AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   No person shall sponsor, organize, or conduct within the city or within the area surrounding the city, and within one mile of the city limits, any concert, music or so-called music festival, dance, or other such diversion for which an admission fee is to be charged except pursuant to a permit issued by the Common Council, subject to the provisions of § 130.023.
   (B)   Each application for such a permit shall be in writing, signed and sworn to by the person who shall be in charge of the activity for which the permit is sought, and shall set forth the name and address of the applicant, the place and date for the holding of the activity, the number of persons expected to attend, arrangements to be provided by the applicant for the accommodation of the persons expected to attend, and such other information as may be required by the Common Council. Applications shall be filed with the City Clerk.
