§ 113.02 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT; BY WHOM PERMIT ISSUED.

Each application for a plumbing permit shall be made on a form to be provided by the city, and shall be accompanied by the applicable fee, if any. Permits involving work which is within the province of the Sanitary Board shall be issued by the General Manager of the Sanitary Board, to whom application for permit shall be made. Other permits shall be issued by, and applications for permits shall be made to, the Building Official.
