§ 112.04 INSPECTIONS; AUTHORITY OF HEALTH OFFICER; REVOCATION OF PERMIT FOR OBSTRUCTING HEALTH OFFICER.
   (A)   Regular visits shall be made by the Health Officer to all food establishments for the purpose of investigating the methods practiced in the handling and dispensing of food products and to determine whether or not provisions of this chapter are being complied with.
   (B)   The Health Officer is hereby vested with authority to adopt and use inspection forms and public placards for the purpose of improving conditions in the interest of public health.
   (C)   If any person owning, managing, or operating a food establishment shall hinder, obstruct, or refuse access, ingress, or egress to the Health Officer while upon his or her official duties as inspector of the food establishment, such food establishment shall have its permit revoked.
