§ 92.65 RELATIONSHIP TO STATE BUILDING CODE.
   (A)   Nothing in this subchapter is intended to supplant the city’s ability to utilize the Code Appeals Board for purposes related to enforcement of the State Building Code, as adopted by the city.
   (B)   This subchapter is just another mechanism to help identify and abate various public nuisances.
