§ 72.51 COLLECTION OF COINS FROM PARKING METERS.
   (A)   Parking meter collections shall be made by the City Treasurer, or his or her representative, and a police officer of the city.
   (B)   Parking meter collections shall be made during daylight hours at least twice each week (or as often as practical to keep the meters in correct operating order).
