§ 72.26 CONTESTING VIOLATIONS.

(A) In the event an alleged violator wishes to contest a violation of this subchapter, the alleged violator may contest said allegation in the court system that the city currently uses or may use in the future.

(B) If said court system is not available, then the alleged violator may contest said violation in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
