§ 34.09 HINDERING WITNESSES AND THE LIKE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to hinder or prevent any person from appearing as a witness in any trial or proceeding in the Police Court or before the Police Court Judge, or to hinder or prevent any person from answering and obeying any subpoena or summons issued by the city or any officer thereof,.
