(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person convicted of contempt shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100, or other amount deemed appropriate by the Municipal Court, and may, in addition thereto, be sentenced to jail for not less than one day nor more than 30 days.
