§ 34.08 FALSE SWEARING AND SUBORDINATION OF FALSE SWEARING.
    It shall be unlawful for any person to swear falsely under oath or affirmation lawfully administered in any trial or proceeding held in the Police Court or before the Police Court Judge, concerning any matter or thing material or not material, or to procure another person to do so.
