§ 33.07 USE OF VOTER’S REGISTRATION RECORD BY COMMON COUNCIL IN CONTESTED ELECTION.
   In case of a contested election, the registration record of any challenged voter may be obtained from the Clerk of the County Court by the Common Council to determine the contest. Such records shall be returned by the City Clerk to the office of the Clerk of the County Court within a reasonable time after the contest shall have been finally decided.
