134.09(A) Every owner of a

134.09(A)(1) All of the

to be maintained in good repair. It is the intent of this section to preserve, from either deliberate or inadvertent neglect, the

shall be preserved against such decay and deterioration and be maintained free from structural defects through correction of any of the following deficiencies:
134.09(B)(1) Facades which may fall and injure the subject or adjoining

134.09(B)(2) Deteriorated or inadequate foundation, defective or deteriorated flooring or floor supports, deteriorated walls or other vertical structural supports.
134.09(B)(3) Members of ceilings, roofs, ceiling and roof supports, or other horizontal members which sag, split, or buckle due to defective material or deterioration.
134.09(B)(4) Deteriorated or ineffective waterproofing of
walls, roofs, foundations, or floors, including broken windows or doors.
134.09(B)(5) Any fault or defect in the

which renders it structurally unsafe, insufficiently protected from weathering, or not properly watertight.
134.09(C) A property owner who believes that the application of this section creates an undue economic hardship may seek a
