CHAPTER 1103 Application

EDITOR’S NOTE: Ordinance 08-44, passed 12-16-08, imposed a 150-day moratorium on acceptance of certain zoning applications in the South State Street Corridor. Ordinance 09-11, passed 4-7-09, repealed Ordinance 08-44, thus ending the temporary moratorium.
