For the purpose of regulating and restricting the general location of structures and land to be used for trade, industry, residence and other specified uses within the City and for the purpose of regulating the height of buildings and other structures, for regulating the bulk and location of structures, including percentage of lot occupancy, setback, building lines and the area of yards, courts and other open spaces, the City is divided into zoning districts as set forth in this section and as established on the Zoning District Map.
