7-7-5: VIOLATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT:
   A.   Violations: Any person using, occupying, storing or parking any truck, bus, trailer, recreational vehicle or boat contrary to the provisions of sections 7-7-2 through 7-7-4 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
   B.   Nuisance Declared: Any recreational vehicle, boat, truck, bus or trailer which is occupied, used, stored or parked contrary to the provisions in sections 7-7-2 through 7-7-4 of this chapter is hereby declared to be a public nuisance. (Ord. 90-1809, 11-19-1990; amd. Ord. 07-2453, 7-23-2007)
   C.   Enforcement: It shall be the duty of the village manager, department of law enforcement services and department of code enforcement to enforce the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 90-1809, 11-19-1990; amd. 1997 Code; Ord. 98-2064, 12-21-1998)
   D.   Waiver Of Requirements: Upon prior written request of a resident, the village manager, or his designee, may grant a temporary waiver of the parking restrictions in sections 7-7-2 through 7-7-4 of this chapter for a thirty (30) day period. In no case shall the temporary waiver exceed two (2) 30-day periods within one calendar year. (Ord. 95-1932, 2-27-1995; amd. Ord. 07-2453, 7-23-2007)
