The parking of buses, trailers, trucks and recreational vehicles (including "off road" motorcycles; 3- or 4- or more wheeled, all-terrain vehicles or those running on tracks; and snowmobiles including any of these vehicles on trailers) or boats, including boats on trailers (all of the above, for the purposes of this chapter shall be referred to as "vehicles"), shall not be allowed in any residential district for longer than four (4) hours except:
A. Parking Within Enclosed Building: Within an enclosed building which meets the requirements of all applicable ordinances.
B. Parking In Rear Yard: If not within an enclosed building, then in the rear yard of a residential lot, not closer than three feet (3') to any building or structure or lot line.
C. Delivery Vehicles: For delivery vehicles engaged in loading or unloading or vehicles parked in connection with use in current work being done on adjoining premises. (Ord. 90-1809, 11-19-1990)
D. Trucks: A truck having a gross weight of eight thousand (8,000) pounds or less which is not a commercial vehicle. (Ord. 06-2394, 6-19-2006)
