A. Violations of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each occurrence.
B. For all construction, installation, alteration or enlargement of an electric or electronic pet containment system that occurs after the effective date of section 6-2-18, "Electric Or Electronic Pet Containment Systems", of this chapter, in addition to any other penalties provided by this chapter, any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be required to immediately comply with all other applicable provisions of this chapter, including, but not limited to, compliance with the front yard setback requirements for electric or electronic pet containment systems described in subsection 6-2-18C of this chapter.
