Except as provided in subsection 4-1-31F of this chapter, a person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense, and each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense. The revocation or suspension of a license may be in addition to the imposition of a fine or other penalty for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, and such revocation or suspension shall be no defense to a prosecution for such violation.
