Any person who desires to perform commercial filming, photography or taping within the village shall be required to obtain a business license issued by the village manager, pay the required village reimbursement deposit fee set forth in section 3-3-2 of this title, and comply with the applicable provisions of this title, including, but not limited to, the regulations set forth in the “Administrative Procedures For Commercial Filming, Photography And Taping”, as amended, the other applicable provisions of this code, the license conditions and restrictions placed on the licensee by the village manager and all other applicable state, county and federal laws and regulations.
A. Eligibility if Debt Owed to Village: See the provisions of Section 3-1-1(A) of this Code, which are incorporated by reference into this Title and Chapter and are applicable to the grant or issuance of any Village approvals, certificates, licenses or permits covered by this Chapter.
