The definition provision set forth at Section 3-1-2 (DEFINITIONS) of this Code and the definitions contained in the Village of Western Springs Administrative Procedures for Commercial Filming, Photography and Taping are incorporated herein by reference and applicable to the regulations of this Chapter. If a term is not specifically defined in this Code or in the Administrative Procedures, then the commonly accepted definition of such term will be used to interpret and enforce this Chapter and the Administrative Procedures for Commercial Filming, Photography and Taping.
