Timber Trails Subdivision: The corporate authorities of the Village have authorized the posting and enforcement of traffic regulation and on-street parking signs that regulate and control motor vehicle traffic and the use of on-street motor vehicle parking areas on and within the roadways and on-street motor vehicle parking areas within the Timber Trails Subdivision, which are owned and/or controlled by the Timber Trails Development Company, LLC pursuant to this section.
A. Timber Trails Subdivision Traffic And Parking Enforcement Agreement: A copy of the agreement by and between the Village Of Western Springs and Timber Trails Development Company, LLC, regarding snowplowing and salting services and the enforcement of posted motor vehicle traffic and on-street parking regulation signs for the private roadways in the timber trails subdivision is incorporated by reference into this Section 7-1-4, is on file with the Village Clerk's Office and is also posted on the Village's website at www.wsprings.com.
B. Traffic And Parking Regulation Inventory: A copy of the traffic and parking signage and street markings regulation inventory for timber trails subdivision indicating the location of pavement markings and traffic and parking regulation signs in regard to the traffic and on-street motor vehicle parking regulations is incorporated by reference into this Section 7-1-4, is on file with the Village Clerk's Office and is also posted on the Village's website at www.wsprings.com. A copy of the traffic and parking signage and street markings regulation inventory for timber trails subdivision is attached to the traffic and parking regulation enforcement agreement as Exhibit "A" and made a part thereof.
C. Continuation Of Enforcement After Acceptance of Roadways: The traffic and on-street parking signs and regulations shall automatically continue and be enforced after acceptance of title and ownership of the private roadways and on-street parking areas by the Village in accordance with the terms of the 2005 Annexation Agreement for the Timber Trails Subdivision.
